  • All payments are final, except where refunds are required by law or our refund policy.

5. Responsibilities of Service Providers

  • Deliver services in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, licenses, and regulations.
  • Maintain good ratings and customer satisfaction on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against other users or Providers.
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.

7. Disclaimers

  • GracefulLiving provides a technology platform to connect customers and Providers; we are not a party to service contracts.
  • We do not guarantee that services will always meet your expectations or be free of disruptions.
  • You use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GracefulLiving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
